The Trainee Lawyer will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the office including general responsibility for the administration of firm’s policies and programs, and will have direct responsibility for human resources and office services.
Not paid stage
The stages offered by Zagamilaw at its main office in Rome are not paid, do not contemplate any form of expenses claim and are meant in particular to young university students or just graduated that intend to join the field of Private International Law corresponding us their best performance and dedication. Every single training lasts for a minimum of three months and the applicants – if it is the case – have to take agreements with their own University in order to formalize the eventual concession of scholarships and respective compulsory insurance positions. The select candidate will be constantly educated and monitored by the associates working in Rome, compatibly with their own professional commitments.
Visiting Foreign Attorney
ZGML is an international oriented law firm and so it is very pleased to offer an internship program to foreign attorneys who wish to examine Italian law, as well as build and eventually begin a collaboration with our law firm.
The candidate’s assignments will correspond to skill level and subject matter knowledge. His or her work expectancy will be comparable to that of a junior associate attorney.
Candidates will have opportunities to attend client meetings, hearings and trials. Closings will be available to the visiting foreign attorneys participating in this Program and attendance will be encouraged by the Firm.
ZGML is seeking for its Rome headquarters a native English speaking Secretary / Receptionist who also speaks Italian and Spanish.
The candidate chosen will provide organizational and operational support to our office in Rome via the management of diaries, reception of customers, organizing of meetings and appointments, support in organizing travel, handling mail, writing and translation of documents into English.
The ideal candidate – a native English speaker – has a maximum age of 28 and preferably has gained previous experience in a similar role as a legal secretary. We offer a contract for a period of one month plus an eventual extension.
