Already the youngest and only Italian lawyer accredited both at the United States Embassy in Rome and at the Italian Consulate in New York, registered as “English Solicitor” at the “Solicitor Regulation Authority” and authorized to practice throughout all the Europe as a “Registered European Lawyer and in the process of being admitted to practice in the State of New York as a “Foreign Legal Consultant”, he is among other things Professor of International Commercial Law and International Tax Law at he “Mediterranea” University and at the “Luiss Business School”, Honorary Representatives of the “American Chamber of Commerce in Italy”, Professional Trustee registered at the Italian Chamber of Commerce as Main Legal Representative of the company “Zagamilaw Network Service” and is accredited also at the British Embassy in Italy.
Among the leading Italian experts and analyst of the “Common Law” and in particular of the “escrow agreements”, he has published the well-known trilogy on the international companies consisting of “L’Impresa Internazionale tra Paesi di Common Law e MIST”, “L’Impresa Internazionale nei cosiddetti Paradisi Fiscali” e “L’Impresa Internazionale e le Riforme del Sistema Italia” all with Rubbettino editor and focused on practices and policies of international commercial and tax law. He is also expert of anti-money laundering legislation, international real estate, business contracts, international inheritances cases and author of numerous international legal and/or economic articles published in the most important Italian and foreign specialized magazines. He regularly participates as a speaker and legal advisor in various conferences and various television and radio broadcasts as well as in various business-meetings and bilateral forums. His mother tongue is Italian and he speaks and writes English, Spanish and Portuguese correctly and is in the process of learning the Russian language.
Graduated in Law in 2001 at the top ranking Italian University of Rome “LUISS Guido Carli” with 110/110 “cum laude” with the final dissertation “The Joint Ventures System: legal issues in Italy and in the European Union”, then he was selected between the top 10 italian students by the law firm “Freshfields Bruckaus Deringer” and the economic newspapers “Il Sole 24 Ore” to partecipate at the prestigious “Prize for the Best Italian Law Student”. During his academic studies, among other things, in a chronological order he won a scholarship to participate in the Erasmus project in Belgium at the “Katholieke Universiteit” in Leuven, worked as Researcher at the Faculty of Law of the “Universidad de Granada” in Spain, perfected his preparation obtaining at the “School of Specialization for the Legal Professions of LUISS Guido Carli” the title of Professional Specialized in Legal Matters with the vote of 70/70, participated in several training courses in the United Kingdom organized at the “City University of London” and finally definied his international law skills being admitted to the “LLM Real Estate Program” of the “New York Law School”.
In 2004 he qualified as Lawyer in Italy and since then he has worked especially abroad working in collaboration among others with the New York International Law Firm “Gleason & Koatz” and “Finklstein Newman Ferrara”, with the Toronto International Law Firm “Hackett-Simpson-Tripodi” and with the London International Law Firm “Notable Services LLP”. And in 2008 he founded the “Zagamilaw International Law Firm” of which he is currently the main partner and through which he has dealt with over 800 practices and cases of international law over the years.
Former Co-Founder and President of the Scientific Committee of the “CESDI – Study Center for Private International Law”, Founder of the Association “REAL – Real Estate Attorneys at Law”, Co-Founder and Regional Director of the Association “Italia Futura”, Vice President of the Association “European Lawyers Events”, member of the Honorary Committee of the business network “The Watson Society”, member of the international association “Diplomatia”, representative of the Association “Il Trust in Italia”, member of the Chamber of Commerce of London and of the Chamber of Commerce of Toronto as a business member, in the past he also teached at the “Temple University”, at the “International Academy of Rome” and in several legal english courses organized by the “SLIG – School of Law International Group”.
