The resources devoted to Reggio Calabria as a Metropolitan City should be better used because they represent a wonderful opportunity for development. That’s what emerges from the debate that took place in Reggio Calabria on October 13 at the Excelsior Hotel, in the presence of the Euro Parliamentary Raffaele Fitto and the Italian Parlamentart Giuseppe Galati and Nino Foti and of Vice President of the Regional Council Alesandro Nicolò, President of the Province Giuseppe Raffa and the President of the Calabria Companies Association Lucio Dattola.
The meeting was chaired by the lawyer Paul Zagami, Director of Italia Futura and Vice President of European Lawyers, who focused on the need for Reggio to have an international vocation and as metropolitan shall adopt a charter with rules very similar to that of other European cities. “With this in mind – he continued – European funds that will come soon, as part of the Metropolitan cities, will be used for the rehabilitation and revitalization of the city and the whole Calabria”.
