All initial appointments are held via video conference or in person upon request and by prior arrangement.
Please note: Following the initial contact request sent via the form or to the email address info@zagamilaw.com, ZagamiLaw reserves the right to respond or not to the new prospective client depending on whether the proposed case can be handled and/or managed by the Firm. If, after a preliminary review, the Firm deems that it can be of effective assistance, the new prospective client will be invited to schedule an in-person meeting or an one-hour video consultation, for which the Firm will first provide a quote and then issue an invoice ranging from €100 to €300, depending on the complexity of the issue. This amount may later be deducted from the total fee agreed upon in the event that the client formally retains the Firm for more specific and detailed legal assistance.
In-person meetings at one of our Rome offices can be scheduled with at least 7 days’ notice, while meetings abroad at International Law Firms collaborating with ZagamiLaw require at least 15 days’ notice.
