Transparency and Flexibility in Fees

ZagamiLaw applies a system for determining legal fees in accordance with Italian regulations and best international practices.

The Firm adopts a personalized, clear approach not bound by ministerial minimum fees, in full compliance with the principle of contractual autonomy provided by Italian law.
Clients can therefore freely agree on the fee with the professional, based on:

  • the value of the assignment
  • technical complexity
  • urgency or specificity of the requested service

All fees are formalized in a detailed estimate containing conditions, deadlines, and payment methods. This allows the client to accept each assignment with full awareness and cost control.

Services are invoiced through:

  • ZagamiLaw International Law Firm
  • ZagamiLaw Network Service S.r.l.s., an operational support company duly registered with the Business Register

The adopted model ensures maximum transparency, contractual flexibility, and legal safety for every client, Italian or international.

Fee Calculation Methods

1. "Classic" Flat Fee

With reference to the Official Forensic Tariffs established by Decree No. 55/2014.

As a mere example, for an international law case valued at €500,000, the fees are set by Decree No. 55/2014 at €9,246 excluding expenses and taxes.

The Official Tariffs will be provided to the client upon request to assess their convenience.

2. "Anglo-Saxon" Hourly Rate

With reference to the fee due for the actual time dedicated.

As a mere example, the hourly rate applied by ZagamiLaw International Law Firm ranges from €100 if the service is provided by an associate up to €300 if provided by the main partner.

This method includes in-office or remote meetings, consultations, document analysis, drafting of documents, and any legal activity requested.

3. Success Fee

The fee is paid as a percentage to the Firm only if and when the Firm achieves a favorable result, such as obtaining economic savings or a gain in a transaction.

Therefore, the fee, agreed upon in advance, is linked to the result achieved, and this approach rewards the achievement of a favorable outcome both in judicial and extrajudicial settings.
